Orion develops, manufactures and markets human and veterinary pharmaceuticals, active pharmaceutical ingredients as well as diagnostic tests for global markets. Orion's pharmaceutical R&D focuses on drugs for CNS disorders, cancer, critical care and pulmonary drugs for administration with the Easyhaler® inhaler. Medeia and Orion have been collaborating since 2007 under a research and option agreement on novel NCEs targeting human neurodegenerative diseases discovered by Medeia.
